Warm Berry Smoothie

 

 

3 cups warm filtered water (or herb tea such as gynostemma or chaga)

3 heaped teaspoons of cashews or hulled hemp seeds

1 cup blackberries, organic blueberries, raspberries or strawberries

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract or powder

1 tablespoon maca

pinch of sea salt

Sweetener to taste – liquid stevia, yacon syrup, or coconut nectar

 

Blend until smooth.
