Warm Berry Smoothie

Berries are full of antioxidants to keep you young and beautiful.

Tasty, comforting and energy boosting without stimulants.

Preparation time: 3-5 mins

Serves: 2-3

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups warm filtered water (or herb tea such as gynostemma or chaga)

  • 3 heaped tsp of cashews or hulled hemp seeds

  • 1 cup blackberries, organic blueberries, raspberries or strawberries

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract or powder

  • 1 tablespoon maca

  • pinch of sea salt

  • sweetener to taste – liquid stevia, yacon syrup, or coconut nectar

Method:

  • Blend the ingredients until smooth
