3C cabbage shredded finely on a mandolin or with a sharp knife
3T sesame seeds
small bunch of fresh coriander finely chopped
2T lime juice
2T hulled hemp seeds
2T oil - olive, hemp, flax or sesame
1 clove of garlic crushed
1/2-1t of finely chopped fresh chilli
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well.
