Spicy Sunflower & Pumpkin Seeds

These super seeds will boost your levels of magnesium, zinc, omega-3, vitamin E, potassium and iron.

Preparation time: 5 mins plus soaking and dehydrating time

Serves: 2-4

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of sunflower seeds and 1 cup pumpkin seeds soaked overnight

  • 1/4 cup tamari

  • 1/2 tsp cayenne

  • 1 clove garlic crushed

  • 2 tbsp lime or lemon juice

Method:

  • Mix ingredients in a bowl

  • Dehydrate at 115 deg Fahrenheit or 46.11 deg Celsius overnight, or in a low oven

  • Store in an airtight container and serve as a nibble or sprinkle over a salad
