Raw Cheese

Ingredients

2 cups macadamias, soaked overnight

1 cup water

1t probiotics (open up a capsule)

lemon juice

garlic

salt

Preparation method

Blend all the ingredients in a high speed blender.

Place in a nut milk bag (or piece of muslin) in a sieve over a bowl. Place a weight on top and leave at room temperature to culture for 36-48 hours.

After 36 hours add ½ t salt, 1t lemon juice, and freshly crushed garlic to taste.

Keep in the fridge in a sealed container for up to 2 weeks.


The addition of probiotics adds extra goodness
