1/4C chia seeds
1/2C pistachios roughly chopped or crushed in a pestle and mortar
1C hemp milk made from 1C filtered or spring water and 2T hulled hemp seeds blended, or almond milk
1t ground cardamom
pinch of Himalayan or sea salt
Coconut nectar or yacon syrup
2T pistachios roughly chopped or crushed in a pestle and mortar
Put the chia seeds in a bowl. Mix with the hemp milk, pinch of salt and cardamom, stir and leave for 15 minutes. Add the 1/2C chopped pistachios.
Divide mixture into two serving bowls, decorate with chopped pistachios and drizzle with coconut nectar or yacon syrup.
