Bok Choy and Mushroom Salad

 

 

3C bok choy, finely sliced

1C mushrooms, finely sliced

1/2 red pepper, julienne

1C broccoli, finely chopped

2T sesame oil

1 clove garlic crushed

1T freshly grated ginger

1T fresh lime juice

1T tamari or Braggs Aminos

 

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.  Mix well and season to taste.
