Rhubarb and Mint Smoothie

 

1C raw rhubarb

1C fresh orange juice

1/4C goji berries

2T hulled hemp seeds

1T minced fresh mint

1C water 

 

Blend the ingredients.

 

For more bang for your buck add 1T sea buckthorn juice or oil, or camu camu powder.
